I have been lurking on the site for a while, and initially, when I went from one person's site to another, BO retained the old cookies and would not have let me join under the current page I was viewing until I dumped the cookies--which explains why a lot of people have been whining about the lack of sign-ups under their name, and the potential loss of hundreds of pennies.
